KAI Benefits Summary

This is only a summary of the benefits we offer to our Employees. When someone joins the KAI Team, they receive detailed information about eligibility, enrollment and other important information in a special new hire packet.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

KAI's Plan allows elective deferral, employer match and profit sharing. Participation in the plan is automatic upon completion of the eligibility requirement. Several investment options are available through Principal Financial Group. Profit sharing and employer matching are evaluated annually.

Group Insurance

Medical and dental insurance with in-network and out-of-network options. Life Insurance and AD&D. Short-term and Long-term Disability Income Protection. Flexible Spending Accounts.

Leave Time

KAI provides all full-time employees with a generous leave schedule to include vacation, sick and holidays.
