Dr. Kozloff has over 30 years of experience in overseeing the design, implementation, operations and analysis of clinical studies. She is actively involved in protocol development, subject recruitment and retention strategies, and clinical site staffing training. She provides regulatory oversight and insure that the safety of study participants is insured. She works with the data management and statistical teams to insure the inclusion of clinical considerations in design and implementation of studies and analyses and writes clinical trials study reports for submission to the FDA.
Dr. Kozloff heads KAI's efforts to define and validate multidisciplinary outcome measures for clinical trials and has introduced innovative techniques for gaining patients' perspectives on quality of life issues. She conducts focus groups of clinicians and potential subjects to develop outcome measures and focuses on minority health issues.
Dr.Kozloff serves on advisory and review committees for NIH and other federal agencies. She earned a Ph.D., in Medical Anthropology from the Catholic University of America and a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania.
